Each year Wildlife Prairie Park hosts the "Giant Easter Egg Hunt" for children to enjoy. The Park is in need of volunteers to clean, sort, and fill thousands of eggs with candy prior to the event. This is a fun and easy way to help out and earn service hours at Wildlife Prairie Park. Please contact the volunteer coordinator at (309)-676-0998 Ext. 102 or eleclaire@wildlifeprairie.org to schedule a time for your group to volunteer.

Description
Wildlife Prairie Park has often been referred to as a jewel in the Midwest. Located just outside of Peoria, IL, this 2,000-acre zoological park is home to over 150 animals; that's 50 different species that are native to Illinois. Our guests come to learn about wolves, bison, waterfowl, black bears, elk, cougar, otter and much more.
Wildlife Prairie Park is a fun place to visit, and we take our commitment to education very seriously. The good news is we know how to make learning enjoyable! Our education department has developed tools to enrich your experience before, during and after your visit.
