The Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in tasks associated with the acquisition and preparation of all supplies for our teen programs. Duties may include the following:
- Inventory of all classroom supplies
- Packing classroom supplies
- Lifting up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
- Climbing a ladder to reach items off of shelves
- Organize items as directed
- Other duties as needed

Description
TLC is a youth-focused 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable foundation aimed at empowering teens with a positive mindset which enables them to effectively cope with crisis, adversity and tough decisions. Our facilitators teach soft skills through social-emotional learning in high schools and other organizations by helping students rewire their thoughts and behavior, so they do not become a victim to their circumstance.
