Best Buddies Prom is two simultaneous parties with one purpose. Inclusion. For students it’s the one special day a year, teens and young adults - with and without IDD - from all over the region get together to dance, laugh, sing and have fun in one place. It’s a snapshot of true friendship between individuals of all abilities. For adults, it’s a twist on the DC gala. There will be access to an expansive silent and live auction, passed hors d’oeuveres and a complimentary open bar.
We need volunteers for the event shift from 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm. Volunteers will be assisting with registration, the silent auction, directional assistance, guest information and more. For additional questions please contact JoannaHatch@bestbuddies.org
