Hello Community,
We have an awesome pilot program for college level women and recent grads. The goal of the 12-week program is to empower and educate emerging female talent in product development, branding and marketing. The participants are paired with a real client and work to develop solutions to take it to the next level. The product is an online community platform for women in the entertainment industry.
We've discovered that the most challenging aspect is the actual platform. Our participants don't have expertise int his area. However, they need to include UX/UI redesign in their final presentation. We are looking to get someone who can help us with a top-line redesign strategy. We are not looking to actually rebuild the platform but present a detailed plan and / or recommendation.
We would love it if you live in Los Angeles and could actually come meet the participants and have them do a download. The bulk of the work can be completed virtually. We are in week #3 and the students have completed SWOT and comparative analysis, surveys, creative briefs and now working on the big idea.

Description
B~STEM Project’s primary focus is to provide young girls and women opportunities to gain in depth insight and understanding into the business of STEM disciplines across industries. We also offer an extension of holistic programming for both boys and girls that takes a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to STEM instruction.
BSTEM allows students to engage, learn and grow on both an academic and personal level. Our programs offer exposure into a variety of industries from entertainment, advertising and fashion to robotics, agriculture and life sciences. We simulate real life scenarios with a curriculum that’s project driven. The knowledge and skills acquired are reinforced through practice, coaching and mentoring by industry specific professionals.
