Senior Access Points (SAP), a website created through Colorado State University, Larimer County Office on Aging, and Partnership for Age Friendly Communities, helps seniors find the resources they need and helps those caring for an aging family member know resources available to them throughout Larimer County. SAP is looking for volunteers to serve as community ambassadors to help spread the word about the website to their friends, community groups, health processionals, etc. Ambassadors will provide outreach and education at community "hubs"

Volunteers of America Colorado Branch seeks to identify and serve the basic needs of the most vulnerable individuals and families in the community.
Description
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
