Are you feeling the need to contribute to a worthy organization that serves terminally ill people? But you would rather not be a direct patient care volunteer? We have the opportunity for you! Our organization, Medi Home Health & Hospice, have volunteer openings for people who would enjoy volunteering in the office environment. We are located in Woodbridge, VA and our volunteers join our team and contribute their time helping with simple administrative tasks. Our office supports the team of medical professionals serving chronically and terminally ill patients.

Description
Our volunteers are the heart of the hospice team! We depend on volunteers to assist in providing support and careour patients and their families during this time in their life. Volunteers can also provide pet therapy, bereavement support and administrative support. There's a lot to gain from being a hospice volunteer: satisfaction, greater self-knowledge and spiritual growth.
