We are looking for enthusiastic and eager volunteers to assist at our booth at the Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride Festival. Duties include staffing the table, and asking people whether they think Pride should be completely tobacco free (there will be a board, and people can put pins in Yes, No, or Don’t Care); we will also have iPads and will have people sign up for You’re The Cure (our Advocacy Dept) and the AHA Long Beach Heart Walk.
No prior experience required. We will be distributing heart health information as well as e-cigarette literature.
These are the available shifts:
May 18th: Two people 6PM-10PM
May 19th: One person 2PM-6PM
May 19th: Two people 6PM-10PM
