ORGANIZATION: Project for Pride in Living (PPL)

Are you a professional with excellent personal organization and time management skills? Do you have experience developing and leading workplace trainings?

Help our trainers for the Office Specialist and Public Sector Administrator programs develop training content designed to help trainees develop skills in basic desk organization and related tasks: filing, using appropriate tools, time management tips for staying organized. Trainees will enter the public sector in mid-level administrative roles.

Total project time is estimated at 8 hours.

  • 4 hours: gaps analysis, content development, and curriculum design with trainer
  • 1-2 hours: classroom instruction
  • 1-2 hours: curriculum revisions as needed
  • 1-2 hours: classroom instruction based on revisions
  • Optional: continue in a volunteer role as a classroom trainer (flexible schedule/commitment)

Project timeline: Ideally, the first round of curriculum will be complete by April 22 and delivered the week of April 26th. Revisions will be worked on and delivered for the next program start date in June.
