The ambassador of events is a new role for Homestead Hospice that is developed as an internship, especially perfect for students in marketing or communication who have just newly graduated or are about to graduate.
The tasks of the ambassador include:
- Coordinating community involvement activities
- Arranging tasks for artists and volunteers to participate in events
- Communicate with vendors
- Attend events
- Report to volunteer manager for support
- Work alongside marketing to get events publicized and increase awareness
