CityTeam is a homeless shelter, serving dinner to 150+ Monday - Saturday. We sleep 50+ men nightly. Other services are offered.

The front desk position is a vital part of operations at CityTeam. Volunteers working the front desk are expected to act in a professional manner. Volunteers will interact with the public in a way that represents the values and mission of CityTeam. The front desk is responsible for greeting guests, answering the main phone line, receiving donations, and general oversight of the main floor.

Volunteers interested in this position should have experience with conflict resolution, customer service, be able to present a calm demeanor under pressure and have a clear understanding of professional boundaries.

A weekly or daily commitment is requested.

An interview and training are required.
