CityTeam Portland cares for immediate needs while enabling lasting solutions for those who struggle with food insecurity, lack of stable shelter, and addiction.

Our front desk attendants serve as a first point of contact for our community guests. Volunteers at the front desk interact with the community by greeting visitors, answering our main phone line, receiving donations, and overseeing the main floor. Front desk attendants are expected to represent the values and mission of CityTeam through compassionate care for all who come to us in need.

Volunteers interested in this position should have experience with conflict resolution, customer service, be able to present a calm demeanor under pressure.

A weekly or daily commitment is requested.

An interview and training are required.
