Spend your summer volunteering in a fun and vibrant environment! Discovery Place Science is looking for adult volunteers who value life-long learning and would like to help create extraordinary educational experiences for our guests in our summer featured exhibition.

TOWERS OF TOMORROW, with LEGO(r) bricks features 20 of the world’s most astonishing skyscrapers from the United States, Australia, Asia, Canada and United Arab Emirates all constructed with breathtaking architectural detail and accuracy by Australia’s Ryan McNaught, the only certified LEGO professional in the Southern Hemisphere.

On a scale of 1:200 and built with stunning precision and attention to detail, the LEGO towers will offer guests a birds-eye view of these extraordinary buildings that are just as impressive in model size. Guests young and old can create their own "tower of tomorrow" from over 200,000 loose LEGO bricks in hands-on construction areas and add their creations to steadily rising futuristic LEGO metropolis in the side the exhibition.

We are looking for volunteers who would enjoy interacting with guests of all ages and helping to facilitate hands-on building and who can commit to two shifts per week (Mon - Sun) for the duration of the exhibition (June 1 - September 2). Shifts are 4 hours and parking is validated.

Training will be provided prior to the opening of the exhibition by Discovery Place Science staff.
