DOROT’s new One-to-One Technology Coaching Program helps older adults learn to use technology for social connection and accessing resources.
As a Volunteer Tech Coach, you will be matched with two DOROT clients for four coaching sessions, in clients’ homes, and provided with training and a curriculum.
No need to be a tech expert! Ideal coaches are comfortable with technology and like spending time with older adults.
To become a tech coach you must attend a training. Future training dates will be available soon. In the meantime you may complete the steps outlined below to express your interest in this opportunity.
To be part of this meaningful opportunity, fill out the interest form at www.dorotusa.org/techcoachform or contact Nina Abrahams, Connect Through Tech Program Assistant, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
