Sort and repack bulk food into family-sized portions for distribution across out statewide network of 375 food banks, feeding programs and high need schools. Small and large groups and individuals welcome!
Please note that this is a warehouse environment. Volunteer shifts involve standing and some light lifting.

Description
Northwest Harvest collects and distributes food to more than 375 independent food banks, hot meal programs, and high need schools across Washington State without proof of need. We provide over 2 million meals every month to individuals and families in need. We also run one food bank of our own, the Cherry Street Food Bank in Seattle.
Northwest Harvest is unable to provide court-related community service.

- Must be at least 9
- We're in need of volunteers on our 1-3pm shift on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- Minimum age for volunteers is 9 years. Volunteers between 9-15 years must have an adult or guardian volunteer alongside them.
