Ever wonder what’s lurking in the Catacombs under City Market?
Maybe it’s the Well of Souls. On Thursday, March 28, the Indy Film Fest invites you to explore the historic Catacombs and have some cinematic fun at the Roving Cinema’s screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark. Arrive early and you’ll have the chance to test your luck in our idol weighing challenge. Seating is limited, so buy your tickets early to make sure you don’t miss out on the return of this great adventure.
Attendees will need to bring their own lawn chair for seating.
Please note, this screening in the Catacombs is 21 and over only!
Please note: Indianapolis City Market Catacombs are an undeveloped historic asset and are not handicapped accessible. The Catacombs feature a very rough, uneven dirt floor. The screening area is not navigable for guests with walkers, canes, strollers, or wheelchairs. We recommend low, closed-toed shoes. Alert to people with breathing sensitivities: the Catacombs are a musty, sometimes damp area.

Founded in 2004, the mission of the the Indy Film Fest is to create a shared experience around film by presenting movies that entertain, inform, challenge and expand audience perspectives by providing a vivid reflection of the cultural diversity of the Indianapolis community and beyond. We accept shorts and features, narratives and documentaries, both from around the corner and around the world. The Indy Film Fest is a 100% volunteer-driven organization, with every person involved in making the festival possible - from screeners to ticket-takers and beyond - doing it for the love of film.

12 months a year, the Indy Film Fest champions movies that entertain, challenge, and expand our perspectives. With year-round programs geared to movie lovers of all ages, and an annual 10-day festival, there’s always something to see.
