We are an assisted living facility located in Hollywood, FL looking for some volunteers to help lead a seated morning exercise group! Many of our residents love the feeling of being active, and would like more opportunities to do so. We currently have a seated Zumba class that occurs every Monday and Tuesday morning at 11:00am, but I would love to be able to offer more exercise classes for the other days of the week. The ideal times for these classes would be Friday morning around 11:00am. The group size varies from day to day, but you would most likely be leading a group of about 10 people. Some of the residents are higher functioning, while some are lower functioning.

Description
We strive to make smiles occur even on the gloomiest of days. We would like to begin implementing a volunteer program to give residents another thing to look forward too.
We are seeking volunteers of all ages to perform for the residents (i.e. singing, playing an instrument, magic, dance, etc.) during the week days.
