Volunteer at our Track & Field and Soccer competitions taking place at Mt. Tahoma High School. Over 200 athletes with intellectual disabilities from the Southwest Region of Washington will be competing.

Description
Special Olympics Washington provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with mental retardation or a closely related developmental disability, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 11
- Volunteer shifts are broken down into 4/6/8 hour sections. However, volunteer shifts start/end times vary depending on the role.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes! You will be on your feet most of the day. Lunch will be provided but please bring your own snacks and water! If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring your own food.
