Volunteers are needed to complete smoke alarm safety walks of homes in the historic Washington/Escobedo neighborhood on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 8am- 12pm. Volunteers will be given a brief training session prior to the walk explaining what to look for during the fire safety check. Donuts will be provided!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18
  • The event is from 8am- 12pm.
  • Volunteers will be required to visit multiple residences. Closed toed shoes must be work. Volunteer work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors. Dress appropriately, stay hydrated, and wear sunscreen.
