Social Media Marketing Strategy

We are seeking someone who is skilled in social media marketing - particularly on Facebook and Instagram - someone very experienced in social media strategy and implementation to help us do the following:

1. Increase the number of ENGAGEMENT & LIKES on our Facebook and Instagram pages
2. Increase the number of comments and post engagement on our Facebook and Instagram page
3. Increase the number of re-tweets and engagement with our Twitter account.

This is a remote role.

We hope that this can be achieved in 6 months. Do you have a strong passion for the development of Africa? Do you have innovative ideas on how we can give African village women the finance, training and inputs to feed their children, send them to school and give the youth the chance to contribute to Africa’s development, and create a different future for Africa?

Do you want to work directly with Ripples staff in Africa, who are making change happen on the ground? Do you want to a chance (if you’re interested) to join project teams to visit, and see the impact of your contributions in Africa?

Key Responsibilities:
* Have a passion for creating and managing social media and content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results.
* Know how to leverage social networks to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects
* Serve as a thought leader, sharing your ideas by creating content for Ripples’ blog, and social media community
* Your content expertise goes far beyond white papers and blogs, and includes the ability to manage video
