We are looking for a Program Director to oversee our summer reading program. The Director should have an excellent understanding of child development and be very patient and encouraging. The Director should be comfortable engaging the students in academic activities as well as general conversation. Additionally, the Director should be comfortable with setting firm boundaries with students and following through. The Program Director will also be responsible for ensuring program fidelity and assisting Literacy Coaches and the Behavior Support Coach as needed. The Reading Program is Monday through Friday for 2.5 hours per day. The Program Director will be expected to be present up to an hour before and an hour after. The program is 12 weeks, beginning in June, with a May orientation. There is some paperwork administration needed. The Program Director will be the go-to person for the summer reading program and will supervise the Literacy Coaches. Find more details about the program at https://www.provisionfes.org/360summer

We provide tutoring, homeschool evaluations and support, additional educational services, and create community-building initiatives. Our goal is to build a stronger economy by educating families and students about how society works and how they can actively participate in improving their world.
