ORGANIZATION: Giving Children Hope

Purpose:

Giving for Living is Giving Children Hope’s donation redistribution center. Products are donated by generous corporations and in turn are redistributed to qualified nonprofit agencies and schools, helping these partners in obtaining the supplies they need to run their programs and meet the needs of the people they serve.

**We are looking for a few handy individuals who know their way around a toolbox and are willing to help assemble an assortment of furniture; including, but not limited to: cribs, chairs, tables, benches, stools, medicine cabinets, and wine racks.***


Volunteer Requirements:

  • Comfortable working on your feet and with occasional heavy lifting
  • Talented in piecing furniture together
  • Applicants 18 years or older welcome

Time Commitments:

  • Be available for at least one 3 hour shift each week
  • Shifts available: Monday through Friday
    • 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm
