Description
We provide quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients with a terminal condition. We are involved in the We Honor Veterans program, which honors Veterans and addresses their unique needs at the end of life. Our program includes: medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses-RNs and LPNs, nurse aides, social work services, spiritual care, music therapy, massage therapy, bereavement services, and a volunteer program.
