ORGANIZATION: Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana

Future Science and Technology Leaders
You can help girls and young women discover the excitement of science and technology.

STEMapalooza is a science expo with fun hands-on activities, tons of different STEM organizations, live science shows, museum booths from across Chicagoland and demos.

We need assistance facilitating activities, checking in attendees, running the refreshment station, greeting girls and their families, and more. And this year we have added an after party. You are welcome to stay and help for that also.

  • Held in Country Club Hills, IL
  • You can volunteer for part of the day depending on the activity interested in or for the full day.

REQUIREMENTS

  • All volunteers must be 16 years of age and older.
  • Training/orientation provided at time of event.
