Ongoing Monthly Volunteers for Farm

Throughout the year we have opportunities for individuals, groups and corporate groups to volunteer with us to assist us in providing services for Veterans and their families. Activities vary according to weather and time of year, but can include the following:

farm clean up, raking endless pine needles
moving stuff around
washing windows
digging and potting trees
office work - making copies and assembling information for workshops
building cold frames and vertical gardens for families of Veterans with food insecurities
work in the garden and aquaponics greenhouse
in cooler months, more indoor activities to help build organizational strength and community outreach.

Saturday volunteer days are usually the second Saturday of each month, but check our calendar to be sure .

Be sure to register for food count!
