The San Francisco Chamber Orchestra has an annual fundraising event. This year the theme is Two to Tango - Latin meets Classical!
We use Greater Giving event software to check people in and also keep track of their silent and live auction purchases made during the evening, so volunteers needs to be comfortable using a computer. We provide the training on Greater Giving which is quite simple.
We also need "spotters" during the live auction. This involves tracking who the winning bidders are and writing down their bid numbers.
It's a great event and support our mission of providing free concerts of classical music for adults and children throughout the Bay Area.
