Wellness Clinic RN
Make a difference in the lives of our elderly patients! Help Dominican Home Health Agency provide direct nursing care at Wellness Clinics offered to independently living seniors rent-subsidized apartment buildings. Educate patients on chronic disease processes to empower them to self-manage a diagnosis; ensure patients connect to their medical home on an annual basis. Work in tandem with the Patient Health Advocacy program to maximize the care provided to patients!
Casa Loma - 3850 Alcott St. - 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Special Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Colorado
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS
