The mission of the American Heart Association is to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. This will be the 3rd annual Heart & Stroke Walk to be held in New Braunfels and we are looking for volunteers to help us make this another successful and fun event for the community. We have opportunities to help with setup, cheering on walkers, passing out waters and clean up. By participating in the Heart Walk, you're joining a million Heart Walk heroes from across the nation raising funds for lifesaving science. Science that can teach us all how to live longer and be Healthy For Good.
There is no minimum or maximum age to Volunteers, although children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Throughout the year there will be several different opportunities to volunteer with our organization. Events can range from health screenings, luncheons to our annual events: Heart Ball, Go Red For Women Luncheon and Heart Walk.
