Fancy Pants Ball is the Portland Children's Museum annual fundraiser gala! It will be taking place at Ironlight studio in Downtown Lake Oswego. Below are the tasks and shifts that we are looking for volunteers to help with. If interested, please let me know what shifts you are interested in participating in! Food will be provided at this event.
(Note: Volunteers need to show up 15 minutes before the scheduled times listed)
Volunteer A
Venue Set-up
Work with caterers and production companies to assemble centerpieces, arrange flowers, decor, tables, print materials, etc. Other set up as needed.
12:30 p.m. - 3:00pm., 2:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m., or 12:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Volunteer B
Coat Check Attendant
Receive coats through pass window, give guests # corresponding to coat and store in Coat Check Area.
5:00-7:30pm, 7:30-10:00pm OR 5:00-10:00pm
Volunteer C
Venue Reset
Box up supplies and leftover items at the end of the evening, return to PCM.
9:00-11:00pm

- If you are helping out after 5, dress attire is business casual but we do highly encourage volunteers to wear fancy (or wacky) pants if you have them!
