If you are 18 or older, and have time in your week to help with grocery shopping, medical accompaniments or to do a friendly visit, we’d like you to join our team! Many of our clients living in the downtown and Westmount area could benefit from your support.
Please note: we are specifically looking for volunteers who have availabilities Monday-Friday, and between 9am-5pm.
If you are available for about 2 hours per week, please contact us by email or at 514-939-9575 between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday through Friday.

Entraide Bénévole Métro is a non profit organization that offers physical and moral support through volunteers to seniors so that they can maintain their autonomy and quality of life.
Description
We are a community organization helping seniors 65+ living in the downtown core and
Westmount remain independent in the community. Our main services are friendly visits, medical accompaniments, grocery shopping, daily phone calls as well as income tax preparation for low income seniors. All our services are provided free of charge to our clients through trained volunteers.
