Peninsula Volunteers Rosener House has been selected to demonstrate the positive impact of music and movement, especially Tango, on older adults with dementia. There will be trainings for staff and volunteers with professional dance instructors, musicians and Stanford University and French researchers, who will work with 20 Rosener House participants for 13 weeks. It will be recorded in a film to be produced by ABB Reportages, which previously produced "The Melody of Alzheimer's."

Training:
Thursday, April 25 at Stanford University 9 am-12:30 pm; Rosener House 2-5 pm
Friday, April 26 at Rosener House 9 am-12:30 pm; 2-5 pm
Tuesday, April 30 at Rosener House 9 am-12:30 pm and 2-5 pm

Dance Workshops at Rosener House
Thursday, May 2 and Friday, May 3 from 1-2:30 pm
11 Wednesdays, May 8-July 17 from 1-2:30 pm
