Administrative Volunteers are able to complete in-office tasks to better serve serve our patients and families. We are looking for a volunteer to join our Hospice Team to assist with our monthly bereavement mailings as well as assist with miscellaneous tasks.

Description
Tower Health at Home was launched by Tower Health to advance the quality and value of its home health services across the region, expanding its ability to manage the healthcare needs of the community. Building on Tower Health’s foundation of high-quality care, Tower Health at Home offers patients a seamless continuum of care following inpatient discharge, as well as ongoing management of chronic conditions, in their own home through a variety of home health services, including skilled nursing care, therapy, hospice, and home care.
