Right Care, Right Time, Right Place
Description
Hospice is a wonderful choice for those whose illness cannot be cured. Hospice services are available to anyone who, according to their physician, has likely entered the last six months of life, and has made the decision to choose comfort measures over curative therapies.
Our team-centered approach offers customized care to patients and their family members, bringing hope and wholeness during this challenging time. Our caring staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist you with questions, concerns or emergencies. Our trusted nurses will always be available to meet your needs. We provide professional, personalized, compassionate care that protects the dignity of our patients and their families. Our team members include: Physicians, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Hospice Aides, Wound Care Certified Nurse, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Counselors.
