We are looking for women 18 years and older who are just as excited as we are to encourage and empower teen girls. We are looking for them to assist in facilitating self-empowerment workshops which does require a one day training (typically). The workshops may take place at schools, shelters, churches, or wherever our services may be requested. Typically these opportunities take place during the week, during normal business hours. These workshops may only require you to facilitate 1-4 (or more) times a month depending on the need for the month. However, this is largely based on your availability.

Our Vision The vision of Marching Beauties is to recondition and rebuild a foundation that will empower young girls around the world to LOVE their authentic self. We are planting a new seed and watering it daily so the root will be strong enough to endure the challenges of life without it being the end of a beautiful purpose.
Description
MARCHING BEAUTIES FOUNDATION... is a 3-fold program serving young girls ages 14-17 years old. Our signature 12-week workshop, includes one-on-one mentioning and building true sisterhood. Our goal is to take our program into shelters, group homes, and schools (Middle/High School) to serve our target market. There is a change to be made and we will be the impetus each beauty needs by delivering a new perspective on life.
