ORGANIZATION: GWINNETT COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY

Summertime is right around the corner. Do you have plans for your summer break? The Mountain Park Library in Lilburn is the place to volunteer for the summer. Summer Reading volunteers will be spreading the word about our Summer Reading Programs, signing people up for the chance to win prizes based on how much they read, and helping the library staff with our programs and events!

If you love to read and want to share that excitement, this is for you. Volunteers 13 and up are welcome to apply. Shifts are generally two hours once or twice a week. If you are a student this is a perfect way to build up hours for school. If you are an adult, this is a great way to spend time encouraging children and adults to read and enjoy the library.

Our Summer Reading programs start at the end of May. It will be here before you know it!
