Join us for our May Garden Workday! With the growing season well on its way, we'll need some help giving the DC Bilingual student garden some tender love and care.
Our garden is growing vigorously, so this workday will focus on some of the following activities:
- Sign Painting (come on out, all artists welcome!)
- Weeding and mulching
- Planting
- Building a protective fence for blackberries
- Minor construction
All volunteers can go home with fresh herbs and free seeds, plus the invigorating feeling of making a special space for hundreds of children!
