On March 22 nd, 2019, we will be hosting our Women’s Career Mixer. The Mixer is intended to promote employment readiness and increase the networking potential among CFLS clients and District residents those with gaps in their employment history, and particularly those who are returning home after a period of incarceration.
For this event, we are seeking volunteers for the following roles:
- Greeters (1): 10am - 12:30pm
- Check-in table/ticketing (2): 10am - 1pm
- Food setup/takedown (1): 12pm - 1:30pm
- Makeup/toiletry table (2): 10am - 12pm
- Networking (5): 12pm - 1pm
- Mock interviews (2): 10am - 12pm

Description
Since 1969, Community Family Life Services, Inc. (CFLS) has provided children, families, and adults with the tools and resources needed to move beyond poverty and homelessness. CFLS also supports women who are returning home following a period of incarceration by assisting them as they move into permanent self-sufficiency.
