In these challenging times, we need a way to reach out regularly to our clients. We seek a Newsletter Template design for a Monthly newsletter. Both email and snail-mail. (Not all of our clients have access to computers.
WE are not concerned about the content. We do need an editable template that we can update monthly with news, information, resources, etc. ANY CONSIDERATION would be most helpful.
The Homeownership Center Northwest is a community-based, non-profit corporation established in 1993. Our mission is to provide community access, financial counseling, and to foster neighborhood revitalization through homeownership. To date, we have successfully placed over 200 individuals and families in homes throughout the region. We see literally thousands of individuals and families seeking guidance and assistance to understand financial management.
Our offices are located in Tacoma, WA, and we service people in Piece & Thurston County.
We need you! Thank you for your consideration.
ALSO: Our small office could really use some additional help. From off-site research to onsite assistance, simple greeter/receptionist to skill-specific online research, social media posting, bookkeeping, editorial, construction/rehab project management. A few hours once a week to as often as possible!.

Mission Statement
The Homeownership Center of Tacoma Northwest (HCHW) is a 28+-year-old, community-based nonprofit corporation whose mission is to foster neighborhood revitalization through homeownership, provide free ongoing financial counseling and offer supportive resources to our community. HCT builds quality new homes, refurbishes existing homes, and makes homeownership affordable by providing a no-interest, no-payment second mortgage that ensures monthly payments are tailored to the household’s income instead of the purchase price of the home. HCT offers this unique financing program throughout the Pacific Northwest for homes that we have constructed or refurbished, to modest-income home buyers that have not owned a home during the past three years. We also offer free homebuyer, education classes. We have successfully matched over 200+ homes with individuals and families. We are just beginning. Join Us!

Established in 1993, the Homeownership Center of Tacoma has offer financial counseling services, resources and support to thousands of individuals and families. HCNW has placed over 200+ low and moderate-income people in homeownership opportunities within the Pacific Northwest. To do so, HCNW offers multiple levels of financial counseling, constructs and renovates single-family & multi-family homes, offers financial literacy classes, homeownership counseling, life-safety repair grants for existing homeowners, financing assistance to qualified homebuyers.
