SPRING SPRUCE UP - THOMPSON PARK MONROE
Come and join us at Thompson Park in Monroe on May 16th, 2020, to revitalize the park's shore lines and it's rain gardens. This event is in partnership with the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County and our volunteers will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the success of our shoreline restoration projects. Our aim is to reinforce the shorelines and rain gardens with native vegetation to help stop shoreline and water erosion. We will also have the opportunity to work on our hiking trails and other various projects around this park. All materials will be provided for you at this event, all that we ask is that you bring a can-do attitude!
