Information Desk volunteers provide customer service support to the Hospital's patients, visitors, and staff. They are responsible for greeting, providing directions, and daily escort of visitors. Ability to work as part of a team. Must be enthusiastic, friendly, patient and dependable. Must enjoy interacting with the public and be able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
