ORGANIZATION: GWINNETT COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY

Assist our Children's Librarian with Storytime!
Where: Gwinnett County Public Library - Collins Hill
Date and Time: Tuesdays 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and or Wednesdays 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Duties: Set up for storytime, greet kids and adults, make name tags as needed, assist with children’s crafts and activities under the direction of the Children’s Librarian, and help straighten the children's area afterwards. Activities may include reading aloud, singing songs, and playing games with children.

The volunteer must be prepared and excited to work with young children (babies, toddlers and preschool ages) and their caregivers. Previous experience working with young children is a plus! If you are interested in volunteering with us as we promote early literacy skills and have fun with stories, songs and games - please apply.
