Girls Inc. of Omaha offers pro-girl, out-of-school programming for girls ages 5 - 18. Our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold, and our programming reflects that. Programming for our grill changes daily, so one day you may be learning about Cubism and doing Van Gogh-inspired art, the next day you may be building towers out of tin foil to learn about engineering, and the next you may have a quiet day in the library.

This volunteering opportunity is ideal of childhood development or education majors seeking a fun volunteering opportunity to gain experience in the field. This opportunity is available Monday - Friday during the hours of 4:00 - 6:00 PM. An ideal volunteer would be wiling to come on the same day once per week to build lasting, mentoring relationships with our girls at our Emma Lozier Center in South Omaha.
