REST is defined as "Respite Education and Support Tools".
This unique opportunity consists of providing respite care to aging adults and their families through companionship. Full training is available to ensure roles of a REST companion is clearly defined and the importance of respite care for a family is recognized. The goal of the REST program is to create a positive, safe, and healthy environment for everyone involved.
