Our Senior Program needs volunteers to provide companionship to residents at our new location on Broad Street!!
Duties:
- Serve as chaperone on community outings.
- Make copies and fax documents
- Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies.
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to read and write
- Basic computer skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Enjoy working with seniors
- Preferably 18-24 years of age
Time Commitment:
- Flexible according to grant specifications
Benefits:
- Learn office skills
- Enjoy outdoor activities
Training:
- Orientation and two-hour training is required
