Welcome Spring and Summer!

Lexington residents and visitors have experienced one of the wettest winters on record. Seeing the sun for three consecutive days has been rare and being outside has been unpleasant.

Clean Up Days in a Park

Do you have a favorite park that could use a little love? Debris and stick collection is an activity an individual, small group or large group can accomplish. The minimum time for debris pick up is three (3) hours. We need a 7-day notice for your event in order to coordinate with the maintenance staff and to distribute waivers. Clean up days are scheduled throughout the year. Ages - Six - adult

Contact Suzanne Leibee, Volunteer Coordinator, to arrange a time and place for your activity. The contact information is sleibee@lexingtonky.gov or 859-288-2962. We look forward to hearing from you.
