The Arc of King County's 5k for Inclusion is back for a 6th year! This fully inclusive fun run, walk, and roll is designed for every age and every ability! All the funds raised at this event will go directly towards supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout King County!

We are looking for a group of dedicated volunteers to help us successfully execute the race! There are five main volunteer positions that we are looking to fill:

  • Set-up
  • Event day registration and check-in
  • Event water station
  • Event course cheerleader
  • Clean-up
* Please note: volunteers may be asked to help with more than one position throughout the event.

Qualifications for this volunteer opportunity:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with and support The Arc staff and fellow volunteers
  • Enjoy engaging with the public
  • Ability to properly represent The Arc during the event
  • Comfortable with families and individuals from diverse economic, ethnic and social backgrounds
