In 2013, one of our MDA Local Ambassadors, Dee Gerber, created the 4D Mission to raise money and awareness for families living with neuromuscular disease by asking event participants to "run and walk for those who can't." The Annual 4D Mission 5K & 10K Run/Walk is a show of strength that helps individuals and families living with neuromuscular disease. All money that is raised for the 4D Mission is donated directly to the Central PA office of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
As a volunteer, you will provide general event assistance such as helping with check-in, handing out runner bib numbers, monitoring snack booths, providing water to runners, and handing out finisher medals and awards.
Do you want to make an impact in your community? Sign up to volunteer today!
