We are seeking volunteers to help in two shifts:


First Shift is Setup, where volunteers will arrive before the event and hang signs, decorate tents, set up tables and chairs, set up food tents and VIP areas, set up Kid’s Area, route signs, and/or check-in/registration.

Second Shift is Facilitator/Breakdown, where volunteers will be working in the food tent, Kid’s area, ice and water stations, cheering squad at start/finish line, VIP area, and breaking down these areas once the event is over.


  • If volunteers can provide their t-shirt size when they sign up, we will do our best to have a t-shirt for each person.

  • Under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
