Learn the business side of rescue by assisting director of Cats In Tow. Organize incoming requests, help update animal postings, organize monthly billing, keep volunteer requests processed, event planning, and grant research and preparation to submit. Should have good command of spelling & grammar, strong organizational skills, and flexibility--a must in rescue!

Mission Statement
To provide a conduit (bridge) for abandoned and released cats and dogs to be placed in forever homes; To provide a sanctuary for unadoptable cats and dogs and feral cats to live out their lives in a clean, healthy environment with appropriate vet care support as needed.
Description
Established in May 2012, the Cats In Tow Rescue & Sanctuary cares for adoptable cats at the Cat Adoption Center at Petsmart Brea, Imperial/Kraemer 24/7 and holds weekend adoption shows. We maintain sanctuary cats and practice TNR. We always need help to make sure our cats/kittens are well socialized and adoptable. Volunteers are part of a large team that perform a number of necessary tasks in order to keep the program running smoothly. Our cats are featured on Adopt a Pet.com and on Facebook.com/Cats InTow plus our blog. Fosters always needed!
