Wonderful Summer Camp Volunteering Opportunity!
Hello everyone! At The George Center for Music Therapy, we have many exciting programming events that happen throughout the year. One of those is our very popular summer camp- Camp CreARTive!
This camp is an opportunity for campers to have a fun and therapeutic summer camp experience. We partner our music therapists along with Speech, Occupational, Recreation, and Adapted Art Therapists for a week of fun at the end of July!
We are looking for volunteers to attend the camp and assist campers in all of their endeavors. Volunteers will be paired with a group of campers and they will be their buddies all week. These groups will travel to different rooms and areas of the clinic for a variety of fun and therapeutic activities.

Mission Statement
We believe that just because healthcare is innovative does not mean that it should be a luxury. Our team of neurologic music therapists specialize in treating the whole person in harmony by connecting the brain, composing the mind, and synchronizing the body through providing therapy, resources, and community access. Our goal is to provide free and reduced therapeutic, educational, and performing arts based resources to families of individuals with neurologic, developmental, and neurodegenerative disease and dysfunction.
Description
Perfect Harmony Health (Formerly The George Center Foundation) was established in Roswell, GA, in 2017. Since our beginnings, we have expanded to serve clients in the Metro-Atlanta area and beyond! We serve clients in a variety of special needs and healthcare settings, utilizing music to help our clients succeed and achieve their goals. Programs include group and individual music therapy services, our Parkinson's Choir, Roswell Players performing arts group, Camp CreArtive, GROW and Branching Out social skills groups and our award-winning intergenerational program, The Giving Tree.
