We have need for help anytime between 4pm-10pm
From 4-5:30 we need 4 volunteers to help set up for the party.
4-6pm we need 8 volunteers to help man our "Bike Poker" stations, which will be handing out playing cards to riders and potentially helping them understand the map to the next stations.
Between 5:30-10pm (broken up by task into three 1.5 hour shifts per task) we are in need of volunteers to help with the following:
checking wristbands at the entrance
selling prize-giveaway tickets
holding down the fort at the auction table
Lastly, we need 4 volunteers to help take down and clean up starting at 10pm and goes until 11:30 or earlier.

The mission of the Bicycle Collective is to promote cycling as an effective and sustainable form of transportation and as a cornerstone of a cleaner, healthier, and safer society. The Collective provides refurbished bicycles and educational programs to the community, focusing on children and lower income households.
Description
In order to support our charitable services, we operate a fully functional bike shop open to the public. We carry a selection of previously owned, fully refurbished bikes that are ready to ride out the door at exceptionally reasonable prices, as well as a full selection of replacement parts from tires, tubes and cables to brakes, wheels, and frames.
We specialize in repair education--we teach you how to repair and maintain your own bike. From flat tires to full overhauls, our mechanics will walk you through the step-by-step procedures of how to get your ride rolling smoothly once more.
