MDA is holding a Muscle Walk event at Gooseberry Mound Park in Moorhead MN on May 11, 2019. We are looking for volunteers to handle registration, program staff, direction staff, and tear down after the event.

MDA combats neuromuscular diseases through programs of worldwide research, comprehensive medical and community services and far-reaching professional and public health education. With national headquarters in Tucson, MDA has more than 200 offices across the country, sponsors 230 hospital- affiliated clinics and supports nearly 400 research projects around the world.
Description
Every month, MDA in the Twin Cities hosts events to help raise money for children, families and individuals suffering from MD. The money raised goes to sending youth with neuromuscular disease to camp for a week in the summer - at no cost to their families, help pay medical bills, run support groups and fund research on the 43 diseases.
